This PAYMASTER SERVICES AGREEMENT is made and entered as of DECEMBER 2025 between the Client and Teófilo García Muñoz (the "Paymaster").
WHEREAS the Paymaster has access to custodial accounts including at Hamilton Reserve Bank.
WHEREAS the Client authorizes the Paymaster to act as receiver, paymaster, escrow agent, custodial agent or fiduciary solely for receiving, holding and disbursing Funds for the Client's benefit.
NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms, conditions, covenants and agreements, the parties agree as follows.
THE PAYMASTER WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY PAYMENTS FROM A THIRD PARTY UNLESS AND UNTIL A FULL KYC / CLIENT INFORMATION SHEET IS PROVIDED FOR SUCH SENDER, TOGETHER WITH A COPY OF THE MASTER CONTRACT SIGNED BY SUCH SENDER THAT CONFIRMS THE SENDER AND PURPOSE OF THE FUNDS.
THE PAYMASTER IS ACTING SOLELY AS A PAYMASTER. THIS AGREEMENT DOES NOT CONSTITUTE LEGAL SERVICES OR LEGAL ADVICE.
The Paymaster shall provide services for Funds deposited into Custodial Accounts (Hamilton Reserve Bank used herein).
Funds from legitimate sources only, subject to approval and due diligence.
Fees: Deducted on gross basis; admin fees approximately EUR 50 per disbursement; additional fees may apply for complexity or volume.
Status: PENDING – Full KYC and source of funds verification required before disbursement.
AML Flag: Yellow – Due Diligence Pending.
Required: Sender KYC sheet, signed master contract copy, purpose confirmation.
